Don’t have dental insurance? We have the solution. At Ozark Modern Dentistry, we care about your health and your budget, so we offer a $299 Annual Membership to allow you to get complete, quality care that you can afford.
For $299 per year, you’ll receive:
- One Comprehensive Exam, One 6-month Recare Exam, and all Emergency Exams, including all Digital X-Rays
- Two Preventative Cleanings and Fluoride
- *Deep Cleanings (Scaling and Root Planning) are NOT included, a 20% discount will be applied to Deep Cleanings.
- All other services will be provided at a 20% discount off our usual fees.

Flex Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts
